Designing with purpose:
intuitive products, scalable systems, real business results

With experience in both design leadership and as a senior IC, I delight in rolling up my sleeves alongside my teammates to design scalable systems and intuitive experiences, bridging strategy and execution to create products that are intuitive, beautiful, and built to grow.

HOW I OPERATE

HOW I OPERATE 〰️

I spend a lot of my time understanding how people work, what frustrates them, and what helps them thrive so that I can design solutions that empower.

In many ways, I view leadership as I do design work—as shaping experiences, removing obstacles, and creating environments where people don’t just work, they thrive.

True leadership isn’t about control; it’s about connection. I take the time to understand what motivates each person on my team—their strengths, frustrations, and goals—so I can empower them by aligning their professional goals with the larger vision of the business, creating an environment where individuals feel valued and invested in the outcomes. When people are given autonomy, clarity, and a sense of purpose, they don’t just do good work—they do their best work.

A thriving team is built on trust, empathy, and kindness. When people feel supported and valued, they bring their best ideas forward, take smart risks, and grow into their full potential. That means setting expectations, fostering transparency though open conversations, removing roadblocks, and making sure everyone has what they need to thrive.

At the heart of it all, I’m driven by my deep curiosity about how people think, work, and thrive. Whether I’m designing for users or supporting my team, I lead with the same guiding principles: empathy, empowerment, and a relentless commitment to creating meaningful solutions. And at the end of the day, it’s my hope that I am remembered for the kindness and empathy I brought to every interaction.
