PURE PM: Project Management

The Problem

Property managers face significant challenges when managing their client’s properties due to the lack of a unified project management system tailored to their needs. Without an integrated solution, many users relied on third-party project management tools, which required extensive customization to fit their specific processes. This approach led to several inefficiencies: it was time-consuming to set up, tasks or important deadlines were easily missed (******* need to add something about how, in some situations, this could have legal ramifications), and different teams often used different tools. As a result, property managers struggle with inconsistencies in managing day-to-day operations which reduces productivity, profit, and creates barriers to collaboration.
