    Leading product definition for launch and developing core strategies to support process as a product.

    Only Choices:
    Provided product strategy and design direction, and developed product’s first MVP ensuring company’s ability to bring on early access clients during Angel investment stage. Providing ongoing support to align product with users needs as it grows.

  • PURE Property Management

    Secured $50M in Series A funding as design lead on investor pitch team.

    Created platform prototypes for investor pitches, which scaled to become product and design system foundation supporting 11 user instances (as of 2023).

    Built fully-remote, globally-distributed, design organization (4 team members across 4 countries); recruited, interviewed and coached talent, defined organizational structure and roles, and performance-managed team members.

    Implemented 0-1 design system that boosted efficiency by 25% and reduced inconsistencies by 15% year-over-year, fostering a highly productive and cohesive team.

    Post-funding period product expert: interviewed 30+ candidates for internal design, product, IT, and development roles and vetted external dev partners, providing recommendations to C-suite; onboarded internal hires and external partners to product vision, roadmap, and functionality.

  • Treager Creative

    Cultivated and maintained design business: building client relationships, outlining project scopes and timelines, gathering requirements and/or project briefs, and ensuring timely delivery.

    Provided clients with expert guidance on design strategy, user experience, branding, and visual communications based on project details and business objectives.

    Managed a diverse client portfolio, ranging from global corporations and advertising agencies, to technology startups, non-profits, and medium-sized businesses.

  • Museum of the Rockies

    Defined and documented the Museum’s first cohesive brand identity, introducing brand guidelines and improving website usability via aligned UX and UI changes.􏰂

    Created fundraising campaign for Museum’s Taylor Planetarium which reached its $1.6 million goal in an unprecedented 6 months, as well as the permanent, physical, and immersive exhibit.

    Received the Museum’s first American Advertising Federation’s Montana “Addy” Award (given in recognition of the highest level of creative excellence in the advertising industry) for the design and implementation of the 2013 MOR Fun campaign.
